Submissions are handled by the EasyChair. All the accepted papers can be published in the Acta Polytechnica journal, the authors are encouraged to follow the author guidelines and use the ActaPolytechnica LaTeX template and may not exceed 8 pages.

Notice, there is a special requirement of the Acta Polytechnica journal to use DOI whenever it is possible; thus, use doi item in your bibtex files appropriately.

Once the paper is accepted and the authors agree with the publication in Acta Polytechnica, which is not mandatory to present the paper at the workshop, the authors have to fill Content verification and Submission forms (see author guidelines) in order to publish their paper in the journal.
